Coordination and implementation of the cooperation between ZhongBing-ZhanYi New Energy Enterprise Group and Dürr thermea GmbH

On 5th January 2016, under the coordination and arrangements of International Renewable Energy e.V. (IRE), Mr. Zhanyi Fu - CEO of ZhongBing-ZhanYi New Energy Enterprise Group (company member of IRE) - visited Dürr thermea GmbH in Dresden Germany. Mr. Steffen Oberländer (CEO of Dürr thermea GmbH) and Mr. Marten Tews (Senior Sales Manager of Dürr thermea GmbH) greeted Mr. Zhanyi Fu and Mr. Lei Jiang (Secretary-general of IRE) and discussed with us.
(Since the meeting contents concerning the business secrets, under the permission of ZhongBing-ZhanYi New Energy Enterprise Group and Dürr thermea GmbH, this report is only a brief summary of the meeting process.)
Mr. Steffen Oberländer presents the company information about Dürr AG and Dürr thermea GmbH. The Dürr Group is one of the world's leading mechanical and plant engineering firms. Products, systems and services offered by Dürr enable highly efficient manufacturing processes in different industries. Business with automobile manufacturers and their suppliers accounts for approximately 60% of Dürr's sales. Other market segments include, for example, the mechanical engineering, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The Dürr Group operates in the market with five divisions. Dürr thermea GmbH is a joint venture of Dürr AG. Under the brand name thermeco2 Dürr thermea developes and produces CO₂ High-temperature heat pumps, CO₂ refrigeration machines and CO₂ Compressed air refrigeration dryers for industrial use and building technology.
Mr. Marten Tews presents the products and technology of Dürr thermea GmbH. CO₂ als refrigerant does not contribute to global warming, ideal alternative to harmful HFC-based refrigerants. Two benefits in one: generate heat (up to 110°C even to 130°C in the future) and refrigeration (up to -30°C) supplies at the same time.
Mr. Zhanyi Fu recognizes the performance the products and technology of Dürr thermea GmbH. Then Mr. Zhanyi Fu presents the project requirements of the first project, which would be cooperated with Dürr thermea GmbH. Mr. Steffen Oberländer and Mr. Marten Tews propose the professional solutions for the project. Both sides discuss the solutions in detail and determine a temporary solution. The final solution will be further discussed more in detail.
Both sides have also discussed the cooperation model for future cooperation. Mr. Steffen Oberländer and Mr. Marten Tews will under the coordination and arrangements of IRE at the end of February 2016 travel to China and visit ZhongBing-ZhanYi New Energy Enterprise Group in Beijing. The first project and cooperation model will be discussed further.
After the discuss Mr. Steffen Oberländer and Mr. Marten Tews lead us to visit the manufacture factory of Dürr thermea GmbH and explain the real products. At the end of the meeting Mr. Lei Jiang presents Mr. Steffen Oberländer and Mr. Marten Tews the International Renewable Energy e.V. and hopes Dürr thermea GmbH can join IRE to promote development of renewable energy together.
